Information Memorandum
Catchment Area
The population growth rate continues
to increase in the trade catchment,
almost doubling throughout the period
between 2011–2022.
This population growth is due to infill residential
development, and is likely to continue with additional
large-scale redevelopment in the area i.e. the West End
Brewery medium density housing in Thebarton. This,
along with smaller scale townhouse-style residences
will continue to have a positive impact on population
growth in the catchment.
The centre is positioned as the most dominant asset
within the catchment area. It is extremely well serviced
by major connecting roads and has the benefit of being
designed and built recently.
