Brickworks Marketplace is located in the inner west
of Adelaide, 2.4km north-west of Adelaide CBD.
The centre occupies a prominent corner allotment
and on one of South Australia's most important
transport corridors, which has been identified for
improvement in the State Government’s 30-Year
Plan for Greater Adelaide. The Australian and
South Australian Governments are working
collaboratively to enhance the route by creating
a dedicated non-stop North-South corridor.
This corridor development further strengthens this
investment due to its visibility and accessibility of
the centre by locals and those from outer suburbs.
The centre is adjacent to a 9-hectare site which
the Adelaide Crows have proposed as their new
headquarters as part of the Thebarton Oval
Precinct Masterplan. The Masterplan, currently in
the community consultation stage, is an exciting
development for the local community — both
residents and businesses.
