A person(s) who submits a valid Application Form pursuant to this IM.
Application
A valid application for Units made pursuant to this IM by using an Application Form.
Application Form
The application form(s) included in or accompanying this IM, including a paper version
of an electronic application form.
ASIC
Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Assets
The Property, Assets and rights of the Trust.
Corporations Act
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (including the Corporations Regulations 2001) as amended
from time to time.
GST
Tax levied under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth), as amended.
IM
This document.
Investor
A holder of Units.
IRR
Internal Rate of Return is defined as the discount rate, expressed as an annual the value of
any non-cash distribution, results in a net present value of zero, as at the date of calculation.
This measures the annual rate of return to Investors taking into account the time at which they
pay money to the Trust and receive distributions from the Trust.
Manager

Offer
The offer to acquire Units in the Trust, as set out in this IM.
Quarter
Each consecutive period of 3 months ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September
and 31 December.
Recipient
The individual who has received this IM document.
