How To Invest
Applications for Units
must be made via the
application form provided.
The minimum investment
amount is $50,000.
Applications in excess
of $50,000 are to be
in increments of $1,000.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your application
in whole or in part without providing reasons.
WHOLESALE/ SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS
The Brickworks Market Place Fund Trust is a wholesale
managed investment scheme. As a result, only Wholesale
or Sophisticated Investors (as defined by the Corporations
Act) can invest.
To be defined as a Wholesale or Sophisticated Investor,
you must satisfy at least one of these criteria:
a)

apply for Units at a price, or for the value of at least
AUD$500,000 under this application form; or
have net assets of at least AUD$2.5M, and apply for
Units in the Trust for the purpose other than for use
in connections with a business; or
c)
have a gross income of each of the last two financial
years of a least AUD$250,000 per year, and apply for
Units in the Trust for purpose other than for use in
connection with a business; or
d)
be a ‘Professional Investor’ as defined in the
Corporations Act, or
e)
a ‘Sophisticated Investor’ as defined in the
Corporations Act:

the accountant’s certificate completed

Sophisticated Investor certificate completed.
The completed application form and relevant
certificates must be lodged with the Manager.
