specialty tenants with a complementary mix that includes
F&B dining, services, fashion and healthcare tenants.
A large percentage of the tenancy mix are strong national
tenants assisting with income security for the Asset.
Although the centre is regarded as a sub-regional shopping
centre, the large percentage of non-discretionary/
convenience tenants provides for a tenancy mix more
comparable to a larger neighbourhood centre.
There is additional upside for the Asset, with the leasing
of vacancies and further tenant remixing.
